Efficient, affordable, honest, friendly. Another company quoted me $500.00 to dig up the pipes in my back yard, Fawcett just cleaned the pipe out and charged $175.00. I'm happy as Larry.

Quick Office response re booking/appointment times was appreciated. Ben & Ryan arrived as promised on 2 separate days, paid close attention to relevant explanations/instructions & proceeded with the job. Both men worked conscientiously resulting in positive outcomes. Ben's problem solving skills in particular were well tested in a somewhat difficult working environment. Overall communication with both plumbers was easy, effective & friendly - highly recommended. Re value for money: that's a grey area, even more so for a financially struggling 92 year widow like my mother. Many plumbing firms claim conditional no-call out fees & pensioner discounts, but in reality the final cost is very much determined by time spent on labour & the cost of materials - a bit more up-front transparency could/should be available here,

Sunday morning I called Fawcett plumbing in Two Wells as I had a bit of an Emergency. I spoke to Mark and explained what my Emergency was. He told me if he came out it would cost me a lot or I could do it myself and he would talk me through it, I took the latter advice. He said I could get what I wanted from Bunnings,also if I was unsure when I got there to give him a call. I got the job done and didn't require any further assistance.so thanks to Mark it was sorted. A big thanks to Troy and Jamie for the sensational work they did on our ensuite renovation in three days. They had a tight window to get the job done and they went above and beyond to get the job done. They took no short cuts in doing a very professional job. Ryan gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving spot on time. After a chat about the problem and symptoms, Ryan took a look at the problem hot water service and quickly prioritized the likely faults and costs of each option. After approving the work, Ryan's analysis proved to be accurate and he quickly had the unit repaired and tested operational. After having no hot water over the long weekend, I rang Fawcett in a panic hoping I could get a plumber today. After ringing reception it was only about 20 minutes before the plumber called to tell me that he was on his way. After throughly explaining what the problem was and my options I felt comfortable in my decision to go with a new system. The boys went and got the new system and it was installed straight away! Coming home late afternoon to a burst pipe in the laundry wall cavity was definitely going to mean re-organising my Saturday evening. I rang Fawcett, and Cory attended within 45 minutes. He located the leak and applied a temporary repair. Corey was very professional, courteous and efficient. This morning (Monday) I already have a booking for the repair to be completed this afternoon. Then it’s over to my insurance company. Thanks Fawcett, definitely my first choice!

I am so happy that I found a plumbing and electrical company that can work at my rental properties on the very day I contact them. The workmanship was fantastic and the reports I received from my tenants were positive... unlike other companies I have used in the past, the price for the work was a lot less than I thought it would be and when they left, the tenant didn't have to spend time cleaning up. Will defiantly use Fawcett Group again!!

Plumber Ben attended my property within the hour to fix the problem. Was polite and friendly and explained the likely problem and likely cost before starting work. Very thorough and great eye for detail. Explained the problem and what had been done to correct the issue for now. Investigated other options for fix/replacement of the pump that was leaking for future needs. Great experience all round. They cleaned up after themselves and even went through the house (I only moved in last month) for a quick check that everything was up to scratch. Would highly recommend.

They fixed my broken gas wall heater & helped me with an ant problem in the shower. They also gave me advice on other plumbing things that are not currently a problem. Helpful, friendly & competitive prices. And they offer a $50 discount for repeat customers :-)

Excellent service from go to whoa. From the office staff to Ryan, Craig, Andy and Jamie. We had to replace a hot-water service and have electrical work in conjunction with that. What I wasn't aware of was that Fawcett is developing very much a one-shop, one-stop set up with different trades working hand in hand. Even a dummy like me could see and recognise the professional work done. The guys knew their job and were ''public'' friendly - a must if businesses are going to survive in a cut-throat working world. Phone calls were made to keep us up to speed about when a tradesman would be attending. Hoping we don't have to see the guys soon but only because we don't want anything more breaking down!

Great service, I called this morning to have a mixer tap changed thinking I would have to wait a few days, but I was told it would be done between 1pm and 3pm... I recently called on the Fawcett Group to help with a burst pipe in my home.....Right from the initial phone call they were helpful, giving me all the information I needed to know and step by step instructions of what was to happen. The good service continued with the leak being located with as minimal damage as possible ....everything was left neat and tidy ready for the next person who was to re brick and tile what had to be removed to locate the leak. Once again the job was completed to perfection and left neat and tidy with no traces of ever being at my home. Had Mark out today to replace hot water system. Easy going guy who not only did a great job, but took time to go the extra mile and give me some advice re a laundry renovation. It was quite late by the time he finished and I could tell he was hot and tired but didnt mind staying to give his advice. Now Im getting a quote for that. Very impressed and will be referring on.

I had already tried a CHEAP plumber to resolve a blocked drain with little joy. After giving these guys a go I was super impressed with the whole experience from the phone call to the office to job completion. Friendly courteous staff using the right equipment to get the job sorted. The plumber was on time any very helpful to explain the options to me. He was also very professional and cleaned all of the area when finished which I haven't experienced before.

Had blocked drain. Luke from Fawcett rang to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time. He was capable, friendly and knew his stuff. He had a camera device which was awesome and we saw a lot of the issue was on the SA Water side - and Luke informs he will ring them for us. He fixed the issue on our side and then happily quoted on some other issues we had. Had hws problem. Rang Fawcett and spoke to very helpful guy. Had a technician on site in couple of hours and fixed hws in no time. As a pensioner received concession so good to have. I had a leaking toilet cistern and rang Fawcett Plumbing. Found them in the Messenger. They gave me a time frame for the same day. Ryan rang and asked if it was convenient for him to come earlier, of course I said yes. I liked that he obviously didn't mind me looking over his shoulder, and he explained what he was doing and why as he made the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service, and was very pleased to have met such a nice young man. I am happy with the repair, happy with the cost and pensioner discount and no call out fee. I would definitely call Ryan my plumber from here on.

I had rang Fawcett Plumbing, Gas and Electrical last Friday night after 10pm and spoke to Mark on the phones and had the issue of a ruptured bathroom pipe fixed within the hour. There was no call out fee, great service and very affordable. Definitely recommend them to anyone including my grandmother in her 90s.

Had Mark out today to fix a drain blocked with tree roots. He turned up on time, fixed the problem, showed me exactly where the roots had entered the drain with a camera and gave me a detailed written quote on replacing the section of damaged pipe to stop the roots from entering the drain again in the future. All this done in just under an hour for $175. Absolute bargain! Mark was extremely professional and courteous. As was Sue on the phone when I arranged the call out. Great customer service all round! Highly recommend them.

Hot water service complete changeover in 2 - 3 hours. They arrived to review situation 30 minutes after phone call.

Had no hot water pressure. Paul from fawcett plumbing was friendly and fast, got the job done in a flash.

When I booked the job they came out the next day and used a very impressive Hydrojet to get through all the tree roots that have been blocking my drains for many years.
