I had Jordy come and instal our new dishwasher today. Even on this hot and muggy day, Jordy came in with a smile on his face and bubbly demeanor. He was meticulous about the instal, triple checking everything, whilst also being time efficient and informative. Also nice to have someone in the house that you don't feel uncomfortable dancing around! He ended the service with a vacume of the kitchen with the most mess on the floor being my own. Welcome back any time ha ha. Plumbing work was to a higher level than previous work done with a different company, with tubing running on the roof of the cupboards, so I can utilise all of the space. Thanks Jordy!

Elliot installed a much needed stormwater sump at my house and did a fantastic job! He was reliable, kind, knowledgeable, and professional; it made me feel valued as a customer. We had 4 representatives of Fawcett Group working at our house and everyone was polite and worked hard. Completed the job in a timely matter and left everything clean and tidy.

Came out originally for a slow running drain. Had to get SA Water to come out a locate it. Joseph came out a few weeks later to clear a shower blockage and asked if he could check the outside drain with the csmera to made sure it was all clear. We found two breaks in the pipe which had to be replaced. I decided to also change the old in ceiling hot water system for an outside mains pressure unit. Got extra work done as well. The men were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after the job. Couple of weeks later my oven shorted out the power and they sourced a new one and installed it quickly. I found the pricing structure fair, although my poor bank account was in shock after both jobs were completed. I will no hesitate to use them again.

Very prompt and professional from first phone call to completion of the job. Clear explanation as to why it couldn't be a simple repair to old galvanised pipe and the easiest way to get water back on to house. Went through process of finance through Humm - Joszef was very patient with slightly distressed customer and the very dodgy internet connection here! The tradies who did the job were efficient, courteous and did an excellent job with clear communication throughout. On time, professional job, good communication.

I called and they came the very next day, They were on time and were lovely to deal with. Paz then did the job and he too was great. The job was completed as expected, everything cleaned up and he was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the Fawcett Group and Paz and the other two chaps that came and quoted. The team at Fawcett Plumbing were the only company of 5 that I phoned at 8pm on a weekday evening, that answered my urgent request to fix a seriously blocked and overflowing toilet. They were at my home within 10 minutes and had the toilet functioning perfectly within minutes. Jordy, the tradesman who assisted us, was professional, resourceful, and was able to see the funny side of our dire situation. We had several ‘relieved’ children within minutes of him fixing the toilet! Highly recommend and would use them again.

Generally very happy with work done by the Fawcett Group and have had a few repairs done in our house by them in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Technicians are friendly, have great communication and efficient at their work. Everyone in customer service has been easy to call up to confirm services and answer queries. Only downside has been one incident when not showing up morning of booking and some poor communication with that, however this was addressed and all works have now been complete. Great work, thanks all.

Luke and team resolved a long-standing and occasionally terrifying problem I was having with a blocked drain. After a site visit and CCTV inspection I was given a few different options with pros and cons and a quote for each. The work involved excavation and remediation of the yard, moving an air conditioner to allow access to pipes, and the installation of a new inspection point to make the drain easier to clear in the future. The job was very professionally managed with great communication from everyone involved. Thanks!
