We had Ben come out to our place today (Sunday) to clear a blocked drain. Ben was extremely professional, explained the process and then got to work. Once the work was completed he was able to answer some questions that we had on some other plumbing concerns. We'd highly recommend Fawcett Plumbing, and in particular Ben, to anyone needing an honest and reliable plumber!

The Fawcett group where great. I did my work experience with them and learnt such a wide variety of home maintenance and installations in just 5 days. I was also able to see how to correctly approach customers when plumbing. Being on work experience I was able to hear and see from each different plumber that the jobs they do are done properly and correctly with no faults. They used great communication towards each customer prior to the job and during the job, along with finishing the job promptly, sufficiently and correctly. Since; I have recommended them to many different people.

Had an emergency hot water service replacement done by Courtney and Andy. Both guys did an excellent job; customer service on the phone was excellent too!

We have been using the Fawcett Group for a long time and have never been let down. My partner and I find them to be second to none and won't be going with anyone else!!!

Courtney came out and replaced my Thermann hot water unit. They arrived on time (with a courtesy call 30 mins prior) and I found him to be friendly and very good at his job. I could not be happier with the service that I received from these guys.

Dad, the shower isn't draining. Oh no, we need a plumber. We met Troy from Fawcett when we had our hot water service die on us and were lucky to get Troy back again. He did a great job and I got to enjoy the process of getting my drains cleared. I got to look down the drains on the camera and see how clean they were. I am very happy with Troy and Fawcett and am happy to recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

My wife and I have just finished a $60k renovation with the Fawcett group. We had meetings with over 3 builders, yet only The Fawcett Group could offer all the trades work full time for the company and are not subcontractors. Our friends used a builder for similar renovations, they explained that he was just a project manager of others, they where running their own business and in the end he didn’t have much control of the subcontract or their actions. But with The Fawcett Group it was employees attending and performing the work.

Andy and Troy arrived together to undertake electrical and plumbing jobs. I loved the way I could have both trades on site concurrently. Troy did a fantastic job replacing a cistern and shower head in my ensuite before clearing a blocked downpipe. Andy installed 2 new light fixtures and gave advice regarding future installation of LED lights should I be interested. I have used Fawcett Group for the past 3 years and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Many thanks to the Fawcett group for providing superior electrical and plumbing services to our household. Andy the electrician did a sterling job with a professional and friendly approach. He also provided some good advice regarding usage and maintenance which which was most appreciated. I would recommend him without hesitation. Also highly recommended is Troy C the plumber. Not only was his work professional and efficient, it came with lots of good advice and he went the extra mile in attending to detail to make sure that the job was properly finished, again very much appreciated.

Courtney and Trinity replaced the old gas line. They were professional, explained what they were doing and were easy to talk to. Recommend using Fawcett group! Customer experience is amazing. Will be asking for Courtney and Trinity to come by next time

Ben and Jamie came out to fix a laundry drain at my house, they were accommodating in their arrival time, friendly and professional. I would definitely engage their services in the future.

Anzac Day and the hot water service erupted, steam pouring out the top and water flowing down the sides. What a disaster on a public holiday-there was a sticker on the tank from The Fawcett Group 24/7 all areas so I phoned. Nicholas was very helpful and after discussion we decided to isolate the unit to make it safe and someone would be out 8am next day. True to his word, Ben and Trinity arrived (Trinity is hoping for an apprenticeship after completing work experience- think she should get one too, switched on young lady). Ben took one look at the tank and said " It's had it", 17 years wasn't a bad run. A couple of phone calls , and 3 hours later the new unit was heating water. They did a great job, all three were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice friendly guys did a great professional job. Fawcett Plumbing cut through the concrete and raised the inspection point outside the toilet and cleared a blockage. total $750. Also had Fawcett Electrical install a combo ceiling fan/light on the same day. total $220.

Excellent customer service from the moment I picked up the phone, very friendly and clearly explained everything to me. I needed a plumber ASAP as I had an open house that same day and an urgent plumbing issue. Courtney arrived very promptly and fixed the plumbing issue in no time at all, he was very efficient and provided outstanding customer service. Very quick attendance, job finished in a timely manner. Plumber (PaulyP) explained the whole job and waited around to make sure all leaks were fixed. Will definitely use again in the future.

Just had a Braemar wall furnace put in to replace a Convair Finesse LPG model. The gas fitter BEN did an excellent and I would recommend him for any work. He had all the tools he required and didn't have to keep flitting of to get something that was missing as happens a lot these day< Kerry

We had no hot water and my husband is going through cancer treatment, we went to Fawcetts and explained the situation, Bec in the office was marvelous she arranged that we could have a unit in next morning. We vwere blown away when the technician arrived a couple of hours later to instal the unit so my husband could shower before going for his treatment. All genuinely very nice and helpful

Had my hot water system fail on me this week an urgently needed a new one. Daniel an Ben from fawcett plumbing were extremely helpful and friendly, talked me through everything before I had to make a decision. I have an old type of tank but the boys worked their magic to get me what I wanted. Also did a few odd jobs that just needed a quick fix. Extremely professional and on time.

When seeking a quote to replace the hot water service, they were able to come out on the same day. Provided information about alternatives which assisted with our decision. Was able to organise installation within the next few days. All workmen were very friendly and efficient.

We have Fawcett Plumbing working on our property. We are very happy with the service Lisa in the office gives us and that she keeps us updated with what the outcome is. The prices are competitive but the care that is taken in things like cleaning up after they finish is really appreciated.

Had Ben and Courtney out to provide us advice on some leaks and to replace a couple of loos - really friendly guys, didn't mind our dogs barking the house down at them, and provided expert advice that was genuinely geared to give us the best option for what we needed, rather than whatever was priciest. Water leak advised overnight and plumber came early next morning on hottest day of the year and all was fixed before 9.30am. We have always had excellent service from this group and they are always amenable.

Replaced old electric hot water service within a few days, fantastic service, professional install. New hot water heater works a treat, always hot water available within a few minutes. Inverter style, fan is a bit loud, but it's much more economical than the old coil heater type.

Fawcett are always friendly, reliable, on time and get the task done as efficiently as possible. Young Jacob did a terrific job.

Ben came to the rescue when our drains blocked up. I was so surprised at how fast he arrived when I made the call to request a plumber to come out. The laundry trough blocked oh no panic stations as we are house sitting . We tried to unblock it but it leaked . More panic we tried a few times to screw the plastic joins but to no avail. Had to move the kitty litter tubs and shut the cats away ,much to their chargrin .A few phone calls and we found Troy C . He was punctual and found it was still blocked in the floor drain this time wasn’t the trough at all so it had to be blown out . After all the stress and panic it’s fixed thank you Troy C a job well done .

Michael the maintenance man/builder from Fawcett came to install towel rails for us. He rang us half hour before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. We had the new taps installed by them recently. Michael was great. Friendly and very customer service oriented. He made sure things were done how we wanted them and was most efficient. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for him. Michael cleaned up any mess and even wiped over our new towel rails. We have used Fawcett before and again we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Adrian did a quality job for us, he is professional and helpful, would like to recommend him. Also would like to say thanks to Troy from Fawcett Group. Troy did the quotation for us, thank him for finding the right staff for us and the good liaison.

We had all our old tapware replaced and a pressure limiting valve installed by Jacob which took most of a day. Jacob did a great job and explained everything well. Jacob discovered further issues with our plumbing and provided us with options on how to manage this in the interim prior to renovating and provided with timeframes that further repairs would be likely. Jacob was knowledgable, professional and respectful and I would be happy to use again in the future.

The words following will not do justice to how grateful my wife and i are for contacting fawcett plumbing and getting sent troy.c We have just poured a driveway, yep if a plumber is sent after that, can't be good. Concrete was in the sewer line. Troy came out, great bloke, skillset is superb. Explained he'll do his best, but not holding out hope. Explained what he was doing, scoped, used water, drain was not looking good. Told me he would clock off, and go and get even more reduciously expensive equipment to use. Whilst scoping from one end, he was using the high jet thingo from the other, pushing chunk after chunk down the pipe. Told you my words wont justify what was done. Never the less for a fraction of what it would of cost to rip the driveway up, dig, replace and repour, my wife can now use the toilet, and a huge weight has been lifted of her shoulders. Troy. C was just fantastic, most plumbers wouldn't care and say let's dig, or have the equipment, but knowing what we had gone through. He was willing to do his best. All you can ask for. We, in this house will be forever grateful to find a quality tradesman, but even better guy. Thankyou troy, until next time, ask for more money.
